The challenge
The bank had taken branding rights over a Lagos Island landmark and set a thirty-day completion window running from the date of award. A site of that kind is not a single surface: it is courtside hoarding, a long perimeter wall, a public ATM lobby and a building frontage, each with its own substrate and its own installation problem, all of which had to land together.
What we did
The engagement was awarded against a performance bond covering the full contract sum, so the schedule carried a financial consequence and was planned backwards from the deadline rather than forwards from the brief. Scope, production and installation were held under one contract to keep a single party accountable for the whole site.
The outcome
The site was branded across all four surfaces, courtside hoarding, perimeter wall, ATM alcove and the U-Mobile frontage, and the letter of acceptance was countersigned inside the contract period.
